Scania is looking for a manager for Business Administration Service in People & Culture
A prerequisite for Scania to be successful in the transformation is a strong and business driven HR. The newly formed global People & Culture function will be an efficient and business centric organization signified by great engagement and capability, working in a robust operating model with a value-driven culture.
Do you want to be part of our exciting journey to modernize and digitize People & Cultures assistant service? As head of Business Administration Service, you are responsible for ensuring that our managers and employees within the organization receive optimal professional assistant support.
Business Administration Service is a new group in People Business Service & Support. We are now looking for a highly driven and engaged manager to build the new organization.
In your role, you will:
• Be responsible for the team delivering excellent assistant services to managers and employees in the People & Culture organization.
• Together with the People & Culture colleagues ensure that the Business Administration Service processes meet the demands of the business in a changing environment.
• Be part of the People Business Service & Support’s management team
• Ensure high level and quality co-operation with all relevant stakeholders (procurement, Service Center, suppliers and more).
• Ensure that competence and resources are adapted to the group's assignments and based on this, to recruit, lead, coach and develop the employees.
• Organize, plan and follow up the business based on service delivery goals.
Your profile
We are looking for a leader with a growth mindset in both developing your team as well as being open to change and improvements. To be successful in this position you are a team player, a good communicator, have a strong ability to network and reach results through others.
Quality is important to you, and you take first-class service for granted. Working with continuous improvements is a natural part of your way of working and we are happy to see that you have experience of that.
We assume that you are communicative and have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
It is an advantage if you have experience of building up new businesses and implementing changes.
You have a broad experience of assistant service and experience of leading others. Leading teams comes natural to you, and you inspire people by your optimistic, passionate and engaging personality.
