We’re about to merge two teams, Digital Preparation and Analytics, into one, and are looking for an experienced Manager to make this a success. About the job
In this position, you lead a high skilled team of experts with different roles, all from process preparation engineers and process planners, to developers within CAM, CAD and CAPP, data scientists and signal analysts. Together you create or implement digital solutions that generate efficiency in our inserts production, identify problems in the production and solve these.
With your excellent and inclusive leadership style, you motivate, coach and challenge your team to reach set goals and deliver excellent service. You’re a member in our technology management team and work in close collaboration with the Gimo production organization. You’re also a key person in our global digital transformation journey working in close cooperation with the Global Digital Portfolio Owner. Being responsible for working environment, quality and budget, you always strive to develop and improve the overall process in these areas and thereby reach a more efficient future and take our digital journey forward!
The location for this position is Gimo and you report to the Gimo Insert Technology Manager.
About you
So, we’re looking for an exceptional leader with several years’ experience from successfully managing teams where every member feels included and equally important. We see it as highly beneficial if you come from a background acting in a technical environment. It’s also a plus if you have experience from CAD/CAM process automation, data analytics, IT landscape and system deployment or process and enterprise architecture. Working in a truly global environment calls for excellent skills in English and Swedish, verbally and in writing.
Your personality truly makes the difference, and your natural and confident leadership style is key to success in this role. With your strategic features, you’re able to create and drive towards long term vision for the technology area. You’re a team builder and a natural communicator always striving to make people feel connected; giving you exactly the right tools to merge these two teams, not only into one but a great one!
