Within our Core Services Function, we support Sandvik globally with Data Center Services, Application Services, Integration & Output Management, Notes Domino and SharePoint. On top of this, we also provide around-the-clock support for managing incidents, problems and change. We’re now looking for an open minded, empowering and business driven Manager for our Integration & Output Management team – someone with skills in both people management and in driving successful IT services for our function. About the job
In this position, you’re responsible for our objectives and strategies, and you lead our Integration & Output Management function as we aim to meet both targets and the needs of the business. You define and follow up on our mission and vision, and you make sure that we have a stable everyday delivery of services, as well as an efficient and proactive strategic plan. This also means looking a continuous improvements, innovations and trends. Another essential item on your agenda is connecting and collaborating with our stakeholders within the different business areas of Sandvik Group, and with other integration functions and service teams within Sandvik IT Services.
You develop and mentor your team, and you make sure that we have a broad subject matter competence in areas such as integration governance, patterns and technologies – both for our daily tasks and for a successful future. Accountability for workplace environment, compliance with labor legislations and adherence to internal guidelines and processes are also part of your job as team manager, and naturally you take full ownership for budgets, forecasts and follow-ups of our financial results.
You’ll have flexible working conditions, but your office is in either Stockholm or Sandviken (Sweden). Some travel is normally a natural part of your job.
And what about you?
To succeed in this position, you have great leadership skills and practical experience from previous staff responsibility as a line manager. You combine this with strong operational IT experience and your career includes managing IT delivery within a larger business, where we consider working in a global setting as highly advantageous. Preferably, you have an academic degree in Business Administration, IT or another relevant field, but you might also have gained the relevant subject knowledge from a working career. As we operate in an international setting, your verbal and written English skills must be great, while skills in Swedish are beneficial.

You’re a perceptive networker who creates trusting environments for collaboration, and your communicative and clear leadership style inspires and motivate both team spirit and a drive to reach our common targets.
