Manager for Mechanical Maintenance

Your role:
Responsibility for shift maintenance personnel and mechanics (incl. personnel responsibility) according to current Chart.
To participate in the production and maintenance improvement work towards our high goals.
To drive the improvement work within your own area of responsibility.
To set goals, control and follow up the activities within your own area of responsibility.
To contribute with maintenance expertise, experience and innovation.
To develop the emergency shift force's working methods and increase the use of their time when they do not work with emergency work
Together with Uh coordinators prioritize where resources are best utilized from day to day.
To ensure that subordinates work in a stimulating and safe working environment.
To ensure that subordinates have the relevant competence for the tasks and responsibilities assigned to them.
To coordinate and develop the Operational Readiness function (former Management Readiness)


About you:
Post-secondary education with a focus on mechanics, maintenance technology or equivalent knowledge/ experience.
Previous experience in maintenance, preferably in industry.
Previous leadership experience
Computer skills, preferably experience in maintenance systems, planning programmes.
Fully fluent in Swedish and English
