Manager for our Procurement Center of Excellence

This team supports the procurement organization with processes, supplier quality, analytics, sustainability, and compliance. It’s a stimulating role if you like change – change for the better. Your mission
As our new manager, you’re part of the management group and lead a global team – setting strategies and acting as support to the members of the team. You lead strategic projects with the overall mission to develop and continuously improve our operations and boost skill levels and collaboration within procurement.
The role is based in Sandviken, Sweden, and some travel are included in the job.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone who has experience of leading teams in change and is used to working within a management team. It´s beneficial if you have knowledge of procurement or change management, but your leadership skills are most important here. You’re skilled in Office 365 and have general competencies in systems and processes. As we work in an international setting with many global contacts, your communication skills in English must be advanced, both verbally and in writing.

We place great value on your personal qualities, characterized by your coaching and collaborative leadership. As a self-starter who enjoys working with multiple assignments, you have the ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads to meet strict deadlines. You also have excellent communication skills, giving you the tools needed to create interesting presentations as well as effectively utilize digital meeting solutions to cooperate and build networks with partners across the organization.
