Your responsibilities
Guide, motivate and support a skilled team of software system integration engineers in the daily work, as well as creating a compelling vision ahead
Lead and take ownership of developing the team’s work processes
The work includes entails occasional trips globally and you will collaborate with development engineers, designers and customers in Sweden and abroad

Your background
As a person you have a passion for people and technology, are strong in decision making and have the right inner drive to take on full responsibility for your scope and deliver on time in a dynamic environment
You are a genuine team player that seeks and enjoys collaboration with peers and partners
Experience from managing people is highly qualifying and so is experience in industrial projects and knowledge of industrial control systems
Strong technical background within software development or electric power transmission
You hold a university degree in preferably a suitable technology field or have work experience from similar roles
Proficient in English since you will be part of an international setting where you will get to exchange knowledge with people from all over the world
Willingness to travel
