We are looking for an engaging and driven person to lead the Software Integration team for HVDC Control & Protection deliveries and that want to grow together with their team and the company. In this role you will lead a team of HVDC, power systems and software specialists delivering the HVDC Control & Protection systems to projects across the globe.
You will join as an integral member of a diverse and high paced management team at a time when the demand for our solutions is booming.
Your responsibilities

Being an active member of a diverse management team with joint responsibility for the complete HVDC Control & Protection project deliveries and tender work.
Lead a skilled team with a focus to develop the team and individuals as well as creating a compelling vision ahead
Adapting and implementing strategic initiatives to fit your team, in order to achieve business alignment
Plan team composition and competence needed in order to meet business needs, in alignment with internal stakeholders and customers
In order to ensure quality output, you will take ownership of developing and documenting the team’s work processes and monitor process adherence
In the role you will be expected to occasionally travel abroad to visit site locations and collaborate with engineers, designers and customers in Sweden and abroad

Your background
You have a strong interest, and preferably documented experience, in management techniques and developing teams and individuals in order to unlock their potential
As a person you have a passion for people and technology, you are strong in decision making and have the right inner drive to take on full responsibility for your scope and deliver on time in a dynamic environment
You are an engaged and driven person that thrives in a constantly changing environment and who enjoys collaboration with employees, peers and beyond
Experience in HVDC Control & Protection or Power Systems, large industrial or infrastructure projects and knowledge of industrial real-time control systems are qualifying
You hold a university degree in relevant field and preferably you have a strong technical background within in electric power systems, software development or automation
You are meticulous in meeting customer needs and continuously improve quality in your work output with a problem-solving oriented and structured mindset
You understand deadlines, budgetary constraints and have a strong sense of responsibility and you are comfortable with taking decisions for your team and domain
Proficient and fluent in English is required since you will be part of an international setting where you will need to communicate with people from all over the world
