About the job
As Manager for Strategy and Transformation Projects, you’re a key player in managing important strategic initiatives, and you design the way we work with project management to ensure an adaptable process that enables growth and high-quality results across the organization. Being responsible for driving business development activities, process improvements and for supporting the strategic planning cycles are important parts of your job.

Collaboration is another central aspect, and you engage with our stakeholders and the wider business to identify opportunities, synergies, risks and gaps connected to our product portfolio - where an improved strategic clarity creates true value. By tracking and evaluating data and information, you also support M&As, divestments and portfolio management, and your knowledge and insights are truly valuable for us as you contribute in providing recommendations to our Investment Committee.

To succeed in this position, you also need a proven track record of managing projects and driving change initiatives in a global and cross-functional environment. We operate worldwide, and you must be both aware and open-minded towards the cultural differences you encounter. This also means that you need great communication skills, and you’re fluent in English.

You’re curious, socially skilled and flexible – quite the master of interactions and stakeholder management - and you combine this with excellent analytical abilities and a passion for conceptualizing findings. You’re know for balancing independency with team work, and by prioritizing tasks and following up on our work, you make sure we reach timely results with high quality. You have a confident and engaging approach, and you embrace feedback, new perspectives and sharing knowledge with others.
