About the job
As Manager for Strategy and Transformation Projects, you’re a key player in managing important strategic initiatives and complex M&A projects. You work with the business leadership teams to facilitate implementation of strategies that supports our ambition of profitable growth. Your scope ranges from driving business development activities, improvement projects and for supporting the strategic planning cycles.
Collaboration is another central aspect, and you engage with our stakeholders and the wider business to identify opportunities, synergies, risks and gaps connected to our offering and customer channels. By tracking and evaluating data and information, you also support M&As, divestments and portfolio management, where your knowledge and insights are truly valuable for us as you contribute in providing recommendations on ways forward.
The location is preferably at our headquarters in Svedala - 20 min away from Malmö - or in Stockholm. Travel between our sites and additional international travel are also part of your job.
About you
We’re looking for someone with a MSc in Business Management, Finance or Engineering, combined with solid experience from management or strategy consulting. We also believe you have previous experience working as a management consultant, preferably from one of the Big Five Management Consultancy firms. To succeed in this position, you need a proven track record of managing projects, including several M&A projects, and driving change initiatives in a global and cross-functional environment. We operate worldwide, and you must be both aware and open-minded towards the cultural differences you encounter. This also means that you need great communication skills, and you’re fluent in English.
You’re curious, socially skilled and flexible – quite the master of interactions and stakeholder management - and you combine this with excellent analytical abilities and a passion for conceptualizing findings. You’re know for balancing independency with team work, and by prioritizing tasks and following up on our work, you make sure we reach timely results with high quality. You have a confident and engaging approach, and you embrace feedback, new perspectives and sharing knowledge with others.
