At Sandvik Coromant in Sandviken and Gimo, we welcome around 12.000 visitors every year. We’re now looking for a Manager for Visit Sandvik Coromant. The manager is based in Sandviken and is responsible for bigger events, customer visits, internal meetings and responsible for the reception and the conference service within the center in Sandviken.

Key performance areas
In this role, you oversee the strategic and operational planning of all activities at the centers, where you lead and coordinate activities and contribute to creating and maintaining efficiency in the administration of visits, by providing high-quality functional support. One of your challenges is to manage flexible staffing, as the intake of assignments varies throughout the year. You manage events and have the primary responsibility for visitor relations. You’re also responsible for the studios where we broadcast internal and external digital events. Furthermore, you’re responsible for responding to and resolving ongoing issues, managing incoming activities and actively working to find new ways of working.

Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a relevant degree for the position and several years’ experience of working in the service sector. We expect that you’re a senior manager with several years of leadership experience. We also expect you to have both strategic and organizational experience in building long-lasting relationships with customers and key stakeholders. As we work in an international setting, excellent skills in English, both verbal and written, are a prerequisite.
