Manager - Global Quality & EHS
Connected Technologies
As a Manager – Global Quality & EHS you will be part of the management team of Connected Technologies and have a team of approximately 6 direct reports. You will be responsible for implementing a global quality strategy, covering all aspects of the development and delivery of REP, Rotating Equipment Performance, products and solutions.
As a Manager – Global Quality & EHS you will take a leading role in further building the necessary quality standards and competence throughout the businesses to meet current business needs, and safeguarding quality standards in the development of new market solutions.
Further you will be providing support to the different areas within Connected Technologies in quality issues.
The key focus areas of this position will be:
• Drive the quality work, ensuring a good understanding of quality requirements throughout Connected Technologies (CT)
• Contribute to the development of robust business processes within CT to meet the growth & speed in developing scalable market solutions
• Drive DfSS and DMAIC
• Represent CT in the Innovation & Business Development Quality community
Key responsibilities of the position will cover:
• Responsible for the CT Quality Management System and customer specific requirements
• Interface & harmonization of key processes
• Auditing process for CT & third-party suppliers
• Quality reporting & review/KPIs
• Customer and supplier NCC, Non Conformance Compliance coordination & follow up
• Coordinate EHS activities & reporting
Requirements for the position
• Minimum 5-7 years of quality experience within software development and release and /hardware development and manufacturing, preferably with sound good manufacturing/assembly knowledge and mass production. Experience of working with the ISO 27000 series / IRIS - ISO/TS 22163 (Railway) / IATF 16949 (Automotive) is an advantage
• Experience in managing customer specific requirements
• Knowledge and understanding of DfSS and 6 Sigma DMAIC
• Quality system audit skill
• Excellent communication skills in English and influencing skills
• Proven leadership skills
• Experience in working globally & a willingness to travel
• Agile project management experience, proven problem-solving skills, enthusiasm & drive to take new initiatives
• University degree within relevant field

Location: Gothenburg, Sweden. Local contract.
