Manager, Global Service Centers Operation

Parts & Service have a high priority within Alfa Laval.An aggressive growth strategy is in place and our Service Centers are a part of the back-bone of Alfa Laval which facilitates the growth ambitions.


The position

You will have the overall responsibility for our Global Service Centers which do repairs and reconditioning mainly of high speed separators, decanters and plate heat exchangers.

Main tasks are:
* Monitor and safeguard budgeted result
* Drive improvements and standardization
* Benchmarking and measurements
* Manage projects related to Service Centers and infrastructure
* Change management
* Support local Service Center managers

As the focal point for our local Service Centers, you will have an extensive contact with our local colleagues; both in form of daily operational support as well as through follow up visits.

You will work in close co-operation with our sales companies, central sales & marketing & product management.

You will report to Manager, Service Operations.

The position will preferably be based in Lund.


Your background

We are looking for a candidate with a service- or operational related background.Additional managerial experience and positions with commercial responsibilities is beneficial.
A proven track record or a university degree is considered equal.

Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and a commercial drive are a must.
