What you'll do here as Manager Group Comp & Ben?
Being part of our HR team means you will work with Axis HR and C&B teams all over the world. You will form a team with our HR specialist, Compensation & Systems and our Travel Manager. You will bring in the needs, knowledge, and ideas from our three head-regions as well as from Sweden and mould it together to the best global compensation strategy and framework there is. Covering all from practical job structure guidelines to complicated mobility support.
You and your team will among others work with:
* Strategy & Policies; write and develop group policies and strategies in collaboration with the business and head-regional/Sweden C&B teams.
* Pay structure; Together with the head-regional/Sweden C&B teams drive the development and structure for our Job library and Job definitions.
* Salary: Project lead the annual salary review and support in salary setting guidelines and e.g. support in the development of our commission systems.
* Benefits; Act as a sounding board for best practices, follow studies and suggest changes and developing e.g. our incentive programs.
* Pension & Retirement; Monitor market trends and develop group policies when needed.
* Travel and Mobility; Together with Travel manager develop and maintain up-to-date policies within area, make it possible for our employees to travel in an economic, safe and efficient manner. Support the organization with data analysis in areas like travel patterns, costs and company sustainability ambitions.
* Tools; Together with the head-regional/Sweden C&B teams continue the development of system support tools, develop our processes and workflow in Workday and/or additional support systems.
* Preparing statistics/presentations
* Manage relationships with external partners.
* Other projects within the field of work.
Who are we looking for/Who are you?
I believe you are passionate about your field of work and have the skills to transmit that to our organization. You are an experienced manager that leads through a structured approach, bring others with you through collaboration and you naturally handle the balance between principles and pragmatics. You are equally comfortable with strategic thinking as rolling up your sleeves and do the detail work to deliver results.
Furthermore, you are a good communicator and gain respect and trust in the organization through your listening skills. Successful characteristics would be an optimistic and lack of prestige personality with a strong ethical compass.
We believe that innovation comes from the bottom up, where people work together, try things out, discuss and learn from that. It is a balance of both bringing forward new thinking and drive change and at the same time build on the experience we have within in Axis. I have to be honest; it might not always be easy, but the results when succeeding are definitely worthwhile.
We'd love to hear that you have
You have a university level degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or similar. Experienced and motivated by leading and developing people. You have relevant similar international experience. Excellent verbal and written skills in English and possible other key languages would be a plus. And your skills in Excel and PowerPoint are outstanding. In this role you will be reporting to me, Malin Svensson, CPO and global travel will be required.
