We are looking for a Manager Group Compliance & Sustainability for our legal department in Hyllie.


Responsibilities:
•Oversee and Support global Compliance Management System, CMS; follow up with country Compliance managers, actively assisting the completion of global CMS reports
•Actively participate in the design and launch of the enhanced Compliance reporting system and assist the roll out of the same to the countries
•Oversee, support and manage the global Enterprise Risk Management, ERM, program; actively support global trainer sessions, assist with completion of Risk treatment plans and annual risk register
•Oversee and manage the Group level Sustainability program; monitor and collect Sustainability Key Performance Indicators’ data from Countries to be used in the annual Sustainability Report, drive country level implementation of Sustainability KPIs
•Be a point of contact for ESG due diligences and manage internal and external requests/questions
