WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A MANAGER FOR GROUP PEOPLE ATTRACTION AND DEVELOPMENT?
This role will together with a team of four professional, driven, positive and fun colleagues ensure that our message of who we are and what our ambition for the future is, are being spread both externally and internally. Hench with an Axis Group hat on, this team run and develop our global EVP in close collaboration with group HR functions and regional HR organizations.
Another area of responsibility for this team is to work with the organization to develop our ways of working with people development and learning to be able to secure the competences needed today and tomorrow. E.g. creating programs and learning opportunities for our global organization, for specific functions, compliance trainings or international development programs for leaders will be under the wings of this team. Constantly develop our global e-learning offerings and engage our organization to work with continuous upskilling. All built on our Core Values which are the base for how we collaborate internally and with our stakeholders around the world.
You will in this role also be the manager for the functional lead of our global recruitment processes, an area of most importance to support our organization to be efficient and professional in all our recruitment processes.
In this role you are part of an ambitious, passionate and value driven organization, working closely with HR colleagues and managers locally as well as globally, supporting the delivery of our business strategy and goals.
You will report to me, however you will interact daily with various stakeholders and support our HR organization globally with an efficient and value-based HR agenda within the attraction, recruitment and development area.
WHO ARE YOU?
To be successful you will need to combine your collaborations skills, professional drive, competence, and experience within the area of responsibility for this role, with a passion for leading your team to unlock their potential.
You like to take on new challenges, have a broad Axis understanding and navigate easily among different stakeholders. We expect you to have experience in tactical planning and successful implementation for a global workforce.
Furthermore, you are a good communicator and gain respect and trust in the organization through your listening skills and understand that engaged employees and stakeholders is key to continue our development as a company. Successful characteristics would be a strong ambition paired with a lack of prestige personality and high level of emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
I believe you have experience from similar roles before, being a leader at least 8 years. You have a university degree in Human Resource Management or similar. Excellent verbal and written skills in English is required and possible other key languages is a plus. As we have an ambition to take new and exciting steps into digitalizing HR, experience in developing HR processes in Workday is necessary.
