Manager - Hardware Engineering

MUSIC Tribe in Sweden, located in new office building in Kungsbacka, is responsible for the product categories amplifiers and signal processors under the brands Lab.Gruppen, Lake and Klark Teknik. We are now taking our next step in developing a brand new, modern and attractive Design Center and we need you in our continuous development of our groundbreaking premium amplifiers and signal processing solutions for the professional audio industry. We are now looking for a passionate leader for our electronics/HW innovation department in Sweden with collaboration across our global sites. You will lead and develop a team that efficiency builds the superior audio products of tomorrow, and you will be the spearhead in leading the team’s activities all the way from the early proof of concepts through development phases to a released product. As a member of our versed global team of highly skilled innovation leaders, you will actively be part of defining our future technology, improved development processes and tools with the opportunity for great professional growth.
•You will lead and serve an Innovation system/HW team and actively participate in the design of audio devices including analogue, power and digital electronics on quality, time and cost.
•You will contribute, together with global Innovation leaders, to the complete design process from ideas and concepts to final products
•You will together with Product Category Leaders drive the strategic platform development and hardware technology roadmap for next generation products
•You will be ultimate responsible for the performance and quality of the hardware solutions in our product development.
•You will ensure capacity and capabilities in your team to meet current and future requirements.
Qualification:
•Master of Science in Electrical Engineering
•Minimum 5 years leadership experience in a product development organization including leading senior electronic engineers
•Theoretical foundation in electronics, power electronics and high speed electronics
•Hands-on experience in electronic design and testing
•A global collaborative mind-set, and experience and motivation for global knowledge sharing.
•Self-driven and with a high focus on teamwork, respect, integrity, boldness, and engagement.
•Able to lead the team from our office in Sweden where the major part of our global team is located.
