We are looking for a new manager to the HR Direct team in Sweden. Are you the right person to lead this professional team of competent, self-going, curious and fun-to-work-with individuals? Do you have a passion for people and the ability to inspire and influence others?
As a manager you will plan, coordinate and follow up the HR Direct delivery. You will support the individuals in developing their superpowers and continue to build an environment for learning and cooperation. You will source the team with the right balance of skills, competence, experience and mindset. Another part of your manager responsibility will be to secure that health and safety aspects are continuously considered and part of the daily routines. Alongside with these managerial tasks, you will take an active role in continuous improvement work and participate in the daily delivery of HR Direct services.
HR Direct belongs to HR Services (HRS) that provides shared HR services to the entire Vattenfall organisation. HR Direct delivers professional support to employees and managers, striving for excellent employee experience.This role reports to the Director of Service Delivery Core HR. The HR Direct team currently consists of 10 people, all located in Solna.
Qualifications needed
• Leadership skills and experience
• Customer focus, thinking from the user’s perspective and striving for good employee experience
• Self-going and driven, good at organizing and driving things forward
• Excellent communication skills and a team player
• Knowledge of Vattenfall HR processes and organization is a merit
• Experience from HR helpdesk or service desk function in general is a merit
• Language: proficient/expert knowledge in Swedish and English is a must.
