Dina arbetsuppgifter
As Manager Human Resources you will be responsible for implementing global and locally defined initiatives, supporting employees and managers in HR related topics within the global HR policies and guidelines and ensuring compliance to local employment law.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
• Support the Regional HR Management in implementing strategic HR initiatives and operative requests
• Drive the implementation of HR strategy for the local HR team
• Participate in global HR projects
• Consult and support business managers within the Swedish organisation
• Line manage one local HR Service Partner
• Lead local negotiations and salary negotiations, oversee and ensure local payroll for 3 entities and local compensation
• Work environment processes including risk analyses, policy etc.
• Local employer branding activities
• Support local Recruitment and local onboarding
Since the Data Analytics team is geographically spread world wide you will also serve as the contact point with HR collegues at other sites when needed.
Din profil
You have an academic degree within Human Resource Management and at least five years of HR experience as Generalist/Specialist/Partner, preferably for an international company. You need to have good knowledge in Swedish labor law and payroll, good intercultural skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English, with willingness to travel. You should also share our core values; sustainability, openness and enjoyment.
As a person you have good analytical skills and the ability to work on basic processes as well as strategic inititiatives. You are a serviceminded person who likes changes and challenges. You have a proactive hands on approach and are customer focused, approachable, confidentiality and have a flexible approach to problem solving. You take responsibility for your area and want to improve and make it more effective and are able to prioritize workload efficiently and work to deadlines.
