You will enter a leadership position, build up your team and ensure the industrialization of the next generation HV battery solutions for our future vehicle programs in Torslanda Car Plant.
The position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden, and will require some travel to our different sites worldwide.

What will you do?
As Manager of Industrialization VCT (Torslanda), you will be leading a team of engineers working for the optimized process design, line installation & commissioning for our HV battery facility in the plant. 
You are in close collaboration with Torslanda Plant Managers, Senior Program Managers and the HQ in Gothenburg to ensure that the facility meets the highest process standards and the plant prerequisites. 
You are expected to hold the ownership of process design and ensure process changes in the plant for the future and ongoing vehicle programs, with your team. 
The main responsibility for Industrialization is to implement vehicle programs, change orders and process changes in respective production site. The Industrialization team also actively participates in the work to define and maintain technical and commercial strategies within each area. The Manager Industrialization reports to ME Propulsion Industrialization Director and as part of the management team you are not only representing your team but are also expected to bring both ideas and engagement for the complete unit in your vehicle plant.

We are looking for a true leader with high ambitions and great interest in both developing people, Manufacturing Engineering and the Local Industrialization Organization. 
We believe you possess strong leadership skills as well as an interest and ability to motivate, coach and develop people and teams around you. You empower and challenge your team and want to see people grow but also lead them and strive to reduce hurdles for them. 
To be successful you need to be a team-oriented person with good communication and cooperation, as well as pedagogical skills.
You encourage new thinking in those around you and you build excitement to explore the possibilities of new ways of working. You know to translate the excitement into positive action through feedback and encouragement giving your team the latitude to get the work done.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken is required for the role.
