Manager Integration and Verification



We are now looking for a leader who will be responsible for the Integration and Verification operations at Combat Systems and C4I Solution at the C2S unit in Gothenburg.



Your role

We are now looking for an Integration and Verification section manager. This is a new position and you will be an active member in the management team together with two other section managers, Software Development and System Architecture, and be part of our journey to grow and develop ways of working. Our goal is set to deliver successfully and efficiently in our projects- and product programs. Your group will consist of around 20 employees and 5 consultants.



Your main responsibility will be to ensure that we have the best Integration and Verification competence possible now and for future challenges. You will report to Head of C2S Gothenburg. The position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden and travel is occasionally required, mainly to local sites.



More specifically, the role include responsibility for:

* Competence development for both strategic and operational needs in both people and team dimensions
* Management and coaching teams and individuals
* Cross-domain, cross product and cross section collaborations
* Contribute to continuously improvement and develop our agile ways of working, automatic testing etc.
* Work environment responsibility for own staff
* Cost center budget and result



Your profile

We are looking for a person with software and system engineering background with excellence in verification, integration, configuration and development environments. You have innovative ability, drive to lead continues improvements and make sure this is part of the daily work.



To be successful in this role, we expect you to demonstrate very strong collaboration-, leadership- and change management skills. You must have the ability to challenge status quo and seek out new perspectives.

You are a good communicator, fluent in English, both verbally and in writing and have experience from coaching agile teams in complex environments, and you make things happen.

Your personality is characterized by a coaching attitude and a prestigeless willingness to succeed at all times.



What you will be a part of

Business Area Surveillance provides efficient solutions for safety and security, for surveillance and decision support, and for threat detection and protection. The portfolio covers airborne, ground-based and naval radar, electronic warfare, combat systems and C4I solutions, and Cyber Security.



You will be part of developing our world-class Combat Systems and C4I Solution at the C2S unit that mainly develop command & control systems for the land, GBAD domain. The team you will join consists primarily of system verification and integration among dev end, CM and plattform development.



This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.
