We are now hiring a Manager IOT Development based in Norrköping. Of course you can work remotely, but we assume that you will be present in office /weekly?/

What you do

As a Manager IOT Development, you are responsible of managing, inspiring, coach and lead the members of our app and backend (IOT) development team. You make sure that every team member has required support and back-up to enable both personal and professional growth and progress.

You will coach the team of employees and consultants in conducting IOT development for the organization, and ensure they have the proper training and tools available. The development team work to improve an existing product, service, or new development. They identify areas for improvement and how any changes might be conducted. You will oversee this process, coach, and support and suggest recommendations to the organization's leaders.

In this role, you strive to improve processes and routines to become systematic and efficient. You will provide technical recommendations and expertise when required and ensure that objectives are determined and met, logistics are effectively coordinated, and budgets are adhered to. Since the IOT development area is growing, key focus will be on recruitment and adapting new technologies.

Your skills

You are an experienced leader with strong technical understanding, preferably within systems and/or software. It is essential that you have experience and good knowledge within apps, backend and connected services. Demonstrated experience in working with complex technologies using agile approaches. Fluency in Swedish and English is essential.
