About the Job

As manager for IT Delivery and Launch you will be responsible for providing efficient project, delivery, test and launch management to the Technology North organization ensuring that we deliver the right business capabilities according to stakeholder requirements and priorities in line with our agile framework. We are currently implementing a scaled agile setup where we will move from a traditional PMO set-up towards more agile delivery roles. You will play an important part in that transformation. You and your team have a key role in managing our stakeholders within Technology North, as well as colleagues in Technology South, group functions and in country organizations.

You will report to the Director of the Technology North Demand, Portfolio and PMO department.

Your main job responsibilities:
* Plan and allocate resources to key initiatives.
* Work proactively with hiring and talent development.
* Team coaching, mentoring, and training.
* Secure and perform continuous improvement of processes and tools for an efficient and high-quality work environment.
* Secure reporting and data insights.
* Clearly communicate and visualize status of operation as well as the strategy forward. 
* Collaborate across the organization to help secure quality deliveries.
* Act as a role model and change agent in the ongoing agile transformation.

You have a proven track record in management positions in an agile software development environment.

You enjoy working in an environment with a high pace and changing requirements but with a long-term vision. You communicate clearly around strategies, goals as well as the day-to-day status of operation.

* Strong coordination skills and ability to build trust and relationships on all levels.
* Solution oriented approach with ability to drive, inspire and coach colleagues.
* Passion to lead in an agile set-up with an international mindset.
* Fluent in English.
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management or similar is a bonus.
