Manager IT Demand & Project Office

Your role

Your main focus areas will be:

Develop and execute a comprehensive information and IT plan aligned with our ambitious business goals, ensuring our IT capabilities and governance support our rapid growth and innovation
*

Secure KPI, OTD (On Time Delivery) to 95% on all IT projects and Milestones
*

All IT Projects and IT key initiatives within Saab
*

Collaborate closely with business leadership to align IT initiatives with overall business strategy across the organization and define and implement IT metrics to ensure overall performance
*

Contribute to Saab Surveillance Strategy and develop Surveillance IT Strategy.
*

Effectively collaborate with Surveillance Business Towards the common goal of supporting our profitable business growth
*

interconnect Information and IT Governance, interconnect teams and create a stronger functional accountability
*

Ensure efficient and resilient IT operations globally, supporting day-to-day business functions, and optimizing cost structures
*

Oversee all aspects of IT, including business demand and delivery; cybersecurity and compliance; data and application management



Your profile

To succeed in this role you need:

*

Strong knowledge from project execution, KPI, On Time Delivery, Break down the change into smaller, manageable goals
*

Empower Employees: Give people the tools, resources, and authority to contribute to the change process that is needed within IT
*

Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable IT initiatives
*

A deep understanding of Project executing, best practices and data privacy including a proven track record of implementing robust security measures
*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate technical and subject matter experts as well as effectively managing stakeholders across the business
*

Advanced degree in Project management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
*

Proven record of Leading change effectively, Be Adaptable: Flexibility is crucial



This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
