As a Manager of Last Mile Delivery B2B you are part of the strategic planning and work closely with the customer deliveries to B2B and Wholesale to help our customers go beyond themselves and beyond existing norms. ABOUT THE ROLE

Last Mile Delivery B2B team is accountable and responsible for presale and planning last mile accesses within the customer deliveries to B2B and Wholesale. This is done with a customer centric approach as well as wholistic perspective enabling business opportunities and cost efficiency.

The teams mission is achieved through:
Presale function for B2B and Wholesale fixed customer access bids
Handle all orders of leased lines to B2B and Wholesale customers / deals
Planning function for B2B and Wholesale fixed customer access


As Manager of Last Mile Delivery B2B, your tasks consists of:
Accountable and responsible for the planning of Last Mile network
Accountable and responsible for the capacity management for LM in B2B
Responsible for the Business dialogue with B2B and Wholesale regarding development of support systems, processes, new products and business needs regarding fixed access
P&L, staff and competences of the group
Staff development, health and safety of the group
Ensure collaboration with B2B, Wholesale and Finance
Ensure cross group collaboration and coordinated development with LM Delivery B2C
Ensure cross group and department collaboration with RAN Roll Out & Site infrastructure, Service Operations, Fixed infrastructure, Networks OSS


General leadership focus areas:

Implementing strong cross-functional collaborations, enabling teamwork throughout Tele2, with clear end-2-end thinking and a customer centric mindset.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

To succeed in the role, it will be a key to have a strategical and holistic view of the B2B business and delivery. To lead and inspire the teams toward common goals and the best way of working to ensure we deliver the best services possible to our customers.

Requirements:
Strong sense of accountability and responsibility
Self-driven and action oriented
Delivery oriented and thriving in working with negotiations
Business acumen and commercial mindset
Driving efficiency in WoW and increased automation


Experience and competencies:
5+ years of working with deliveries and agreements in fixed connectivity / leased lines domain
Experience from working within B2B-segment
Intimate knowledge of leased line market and agreement structures
Experience as leader with P&L responsibility
Preferably but not mandatory: higher degree (MSc. and upwards) in Engineering or Business
