Your role
You will lead our Learning & Development Coordination Team as an important member of our team at Group Functions - Group HR - Learning & Development (L&D) and play a crucial part in developing the Saab Learning Landscape, which will give our employees the opportunities they need to grow professionally.
Learning & Development works closely with Group Strategy, and Competence owners in Functional Areas and our Business Areas to provide the framework for strategic workforce planning, the assessment of needs for competence and as Learning Drivers in the curation of strategic Learning Journeys.
L&D provides processes and expertise on how to translate needs into learning solutions.
Learning & Development Coordination has a central role in our Learning & Development organisation and are is responsible for coordination, maintenance, development of ways of working and communication within the Learning & Development organisation. We have a team approach and Learning Coordination collaborate on a daily basis with Learning & Development Specialists, Competence Drivers and external vendors. The team works closely with stakeholders in different parts of our organisation, People Operations, our Business Areas and Operational Countries among others.
The scope is wide and the team are is responsible for execution of Learning processes to include global consistency, align strategy and activities to support continuous improvement of our ways of working, maintenance of including our Learning landscape, communication, information, guidelines, processes and implementations to create an strong user experience.
The team you will lead are responsible for
* Lead our Operational Learning forums with Business Areas and Operational Countries
* Drive continuous improvements development and enhancement of Learning & Development processes and related information in close collaboration with main stakeholders
* Communication and information for Learning & Development
* Maintenance of and utilize synergies in Learning Landscape in collaboration with L&D Specialists and other Stakeholders to secure a strong Learning Experience
* MaintainanceMaintenance of our Learning Landscape in close collaboration with L&D Specialists.
* Drive and lead the development of our WoW way-of-working to secure synergies in our Learning Landscape
* Project Management from L&D in projects, integrations and taskforces to secure high quality of change management, implementations and LearningPeople process information
* Drive and uitlizeutilize synergies in Learning Landscape in collaboration with L&D Specialists and other Stakeholders to secure a strong Learning ExpereinceExperience in our Learning Landscape
* Drive continuously improvements in close collaboration with main stakeholders
* Sustainment, synergies and development learning landscape incl tools
* Lead on foundational learning content in our Learning offering
* Learning Coordination, Governance and processes
Your profile
You will play an important role in our Learning culture transformation and have a passion for leading and developing organisations.
You are a development oriented person with strong skills within processes, Ways of Working, communication and if you have experience from Workday Learning or other Learning Management Systems it´s a big plus. You have the ability to create results in a complex environment and have an collaborative approach to contribute to our journey in developing our learning organisation and our ability to create business value short and long term.
Required skills:
* A relevant academic degree
* Relevant experience within the Learning & Development area
* Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
* Strong collaboration and networking skills
* An engaging and purpose driven leader or you have the ambition to become one
* Strong ability to structure and lead in a complex scope
Desired skills:
* Experience from Learning transformations
* Project management experience with strong planning and problem-solving skills
* Experience from processes, stakeholder management
* Experience from Workday Learning or other Learning Management Systems
