TATAA Biocenter is Europe’s leading provider of molecular analyses services with real-time quantitative PCR, digital PCR, and Next Generation Sequencing from small scale on the iSeq and NextSeq to large scale on the NovaSeq, we are one of few providers offering high throughput proteomics using Olink Explorer, and of single cell multiomics. We are establishing one of the most powerful high throughput automated analytical workflows of the industry and are looking for a manager to implement, maintain and develop our LIMS system.
ARBETSUPPGIFTER
TATAA is seeking a LIMS Developer to oversee and implement LIMS in our laboratory. This individual will work closely with our scientists to outline the current research and develop custom workflows to ensure efficient data management and traceability. The position requires technical knowledge in lab data management and processing, in addition to interpersonal effectiveness required to drive a smooth implementation. This position will work closely with other core R&D functions including; laboratory automation, IT, and bioinformatics, to provide our customers with a world class R&D platform.
KVALIFIKATIONER
Minimum Qualifications
• IT scientist with experience of molecular biology and/or protomics techniques; conversely, molecular biologist with high proficiency in Laboratory Information Management (LIMS) systems.
• At least 5 years hands-on experience in using, maintaining and administering Laboratory Management Information System (LIMS) in an ISO- or GxP-compliant environment, ideally a CRO.
• Familiar with the computer validation process, system execution, change control, databases, and change management.
• Familiar with one or more of the following techniques: quantitative PCR, NGS, Proteomics, automation techniques. Hands-on laboratory experience preferred in one of the above-mentioned fields.
• Problem-solving skills to understand up and downstream impacts of system changes not only for LIMS but for the company holistically as well.
• Excellent communicator and team player.
• Fluent in English.
