Reference number:363 JOB DESCRIPTION The Corporate Marketing department is a central resource overall responsible for the global marketing strategy and planning as well as to develop tools and concepts that are used and implemented by the sales offices, as well as our partners.Marketing Communications is a team within the Corporate Marketing department.As Manager Marketing Communications you have the overall responsibility for the operational work within the unit.You use strategic elements of branding and marketing in order to ensure consistency of message delivery throughout the organization.Furthermore, you are acting as a project manager for different projects and the responsibilities of the unit includes: * Development and execution of activities such as advertising, collateral and internal newsletters * Production of newsletter to internal and external clients. * Manage translations of marketing material * Graphical production * Negotiate rates with media agencies and managing the operations of media. * Organizing and managing customer and internal events. * Manage the Marketing Communications Team The position involves a few travels a year.YOUR QUALIFICATIONS We believe you have an university degree or similar in Marketing and/or Communications and least 10 years working experience.You are capable of meeting tight deadlines, work independently and have a strong attention to details.Furthermore we believe you are creative, highly organized with a multi-task orientation and have: * Proven track record in event organization and development of marketing and promotional materials * Experience in developing sales training materials, press releases and newsletters, website content and customer database management * High skills in project management * Marketing experience in corporate and/or ad agency positions. * Experience from working in an international organization. * Strong proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and photo editing. * Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written) [ WHAT AXIS CAN DO FOR YOU We can offer you an young, dynamic and multi cultural environment with the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology.As Manager Marketing Communications you will have a great possibility to influence and bringing new ideas and projects into the work.This is a great possibility for professional and individual development.Come join us!READY TO ACT?Axis is a company realizing the benefits of a diverse workforce.We know that diversity in groups creates a better working environment and promotes creativity, something that is fundamental for our success.
