Manager, Marketing & Portfolio Tools

Marketing and Product Management is the function responsible for Marketing and Product Management for Tetra Pak products, with full accountability for the product lifecycle to maximize market share and product profitability.Within Marketing and Product Management, the Global Portfolio Marketing Team is responsible for all global portfolio and marketing activities.Part of Global Portfolio Marketing is also the Marketing & Portfolio Tools (MPT) team that will secure the availability of adequate and requested information, data and tools for the different stakeholders.

We are looking for a person who will primarily support the overall M&PM effort where smooth and tight collaboration with several stakeholders are of crucial importance.The position will report to the Director, Marketing & Portfolio Tools and is based in Lund.

You will:
-Take responsibility and ownership of the Product Portfolio Configurator making sure needs and future development are covered
-Drive development and roll-outs of a newly developed tool that shows our competitive arena - the Strategic Map Tool
-Drive Customer System Cost usage from our integrated solutions
-Collect and coordinate requested improvements within the Configurator area and Strategic Maps
-Actively participate in solutions/tools related to Product Communication
-Create functional specifications of solutions to secure application development
-Secure accuracy of content in the Configurator and Strategic Maps and drive quality improvements
-Take responsibility for educational activities within the field

Kvalifikationer

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate accountability and responsibility.Further you are a team player, result oriented, open to change and have communicational skills way beyond average.

We are looking for a person with key competencies within: Marketing and Intelligence, Sales/Customer Management, Customer System Cost and Web application and database management.

Preferably you have a Bachelor degree within Business or Economics or equal and at least 5 years of experience within the field of expertise.You have of course good command of English, both written and verbal and the willingness to travel approximately 50 days/year.
