Your unit is in charge of the following functions: - Quality Control - Media and Content Management - Post Production - Traffic / Traffic coordination The role also entails change management, focusing on the future of media management and quality control, with file-based media as well as more on-demand Web and Mobile TV services.Utbildning/erfarenhet To be successful in this role, you need to be a proven leader with management experience from the TV and Media industry.You also have proven results as the head of an organization, with a good understanding of process and workflow-based operations.Furthermore, you have excellent language skills with good written and spoken Swedish and English.You work well independently, but are also a team player, enabling the team to achieve results on time and with high quality.You have excellent customer and communication skills, with the ability to manage your own personnel, third parties and consultants.Managing change is something you have done before and you enjoy motivating others.
