Job Summary
We are establishing a new business stream within Tetra Pak Processing Systems to drive the new category New Food. New food is food made out from advanced biotechnology.
We are now looking for a Manager New Food Sales & Project Execution who will drive and coordinates the sales and execution activities related to New Food opportunities and execution projects. You will report to the Director Processing Development.
The position is permanent and based in Lund, Sweden, and will include some travelling.
What you will do
As Manager New Food Sales & Project Execution you will drive and coordinates the sales and execution activities related to New Food opportunities and execution projects. You will Coordinate the execution from pre-project to handover to services, securing delivery, quality, customer satisfaction and financial targets in commercial Capital Equipment projects for New Food projects, with Business Streams and project centres.
Main responsibilities:
Responsible to secure the right critical resources internally to fulfil the roadmap.
Grow the subcategories profitably with focus on group margin and customer segments.
Support grows of existing subcategories and profitably with focus on group margin securing key category strategic initiatives.
Maximise the value proposition with leading product and solution performance guarantees.
Deliver sales support to the markets, project centres and connect expert to customer.
We believe you have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
Experience in the field of Food Science and/or Biotechnology
Experience as a people leader
Proven track record in strategy implementation, sales, or account management
Experience working directly in or closely with Market Operations
Previous exposure to working in a matrix organization
Fluency in English, with strong oral and written communication skills
