About the Nordic Integration Platform
The purpose of the Nordic Integration Platform team is to enable the integration of software applications and hardware systems in order to increase data availability. As a team, we are fully responsible for E.ON Nordic’s integration architecture, platforms, tools and governance. We furthermore have responsibility for what development methodologies, competences and processes are used in the lifecycle of APIs and system integrations.

Our activities span the entire lifecycle, from analysis and design to maintenance, monitoring and governance. This is reflected in team’s setup, which includes all roles active in the integration domain: developers, solution architects, delivery manager, IT service owner and domain architects. It is a competent and reliable team which plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth digital environment at E.ON – a prerequisite for our work at E.ON towards a more sustainable society and to build the electricity grid of the future.

In your role as Manager Nordic Integration Platform you will be our leader in the day-to-day operations and prioritize the activities of the team. You play an active role in ensuring a proactive approach in operations and development and provide vision and guidance on strategic direction. You are a valuable person in supporting and developing the team members while also developing the relationships with key stakeholders within our organisation.

The role is part of our management team for Business IT Customer Solutions where we ensure delivery and performance of our services, develop our organisation, learn and develop one another whilst simultaneously having an honest impact on E.ONs possibility to reach our vision – a more sustainable and renewable energy system.

About you
We are looking for a manager with several years of experience as a leader who are as passionate about people as you are about technology. As our IT environment is complex, we are looking for you who have a background from a larger organisation with an equally complex technological landscape. We believe that you have an academical degree within e.g., computer science, information systems or a related field and great knowledge of system integrations, SAFE and DevOps.

As a leader you are an avid communicator and take business-oriented decisions. You have a good understanding of the importance of building relationships upon trust, can lead through others and wants to develop a diverse team with different personalities, skills and experiences. Finally, we hope that you combine your curious mindset and interest in learning new technologies with securing stability, delivery and performance in the day-to-day operations.
