Manager NPI Supply Chain

The Manager NPI Supply Chain will lead the NPI and Lifecycle program procurement team. The NPI Program Management for PCR assay function responsible for leading supply chain and procurement activities including supply chain readiness for product launch. Program procurement function support program management, sourcing, supplier selection and supply chain readiness for various phases in NPI and Lifecycle phase of Assay while maintaining the highest flavour and quality standards.
Reports to regional Procurement leadership.
Head and guide NPI procurement and Lifecycle procurement team in Solna
While leading, this role will support on proposition development of Program procurement to ensure were able to deliver our customer promises, through develop teams, collaborating with supply chain function to optimise the end-to-end process to ensure were as efficient as possible while maintaining the highest quality standards and timeliness
To be the portfolio management expert within Cepheids Global Supply Chain organization
Develop the cross functional subprocesses to support achieving SC objectives
Work collaboratively with supply chain and engineering stakeholders; support mapping and developing SC related cross functional sub process
Creating the ideal program procurement process and implement it seamlessly in all programs
Identify, quantify, prioritize, and drive improvement activities in projects influencing to internal and cross functional teams
Drive SC requirements during the product development and industrialisation phase
Identify improvements or sustaining projects and feed to sustaining (VAVE) project runway to achieve cost targests
Structuring standard work and implementing in EU region
Innovating and implementing the procurement portfolio management practices
Provide strategic advice, and develop and implement business plans to improve cost efficiency. Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities, you’ll work closely with the Head of Design to translate product designs into commercial desirable products excelling the C&C customers expectation, whilst meeting commercial budgets and costings

Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related work experience OR
* Master’s degree in field with 6+ years of related work experience OR
* Doctoral degree in field with 3+ years of work experience.
