Manager of Collaboration (YINAC N4)

Our department within YIN is expanding and we are now hiring a Manager of Collaboration to enable stable and secure IT operation by driving digital ways of working through operating for instance TEAMS, e-mail and SharePoint services on-premise as well as Microsoft Office 365 in Hybrid configuration for VF.


Your main responsibilities as Manager of Collaboration
You are responsible of providing stable and secure IT operation through on-premise collaboration services in cooperation with Microsoft Office. You decide on technical implementation and 24/7 operation of collaboration environments. You will implement Group IT Security‘s guidelines, support compliance and security auditable and investigations (including dawn raid scenarios). You will have close cooperation with current and future sourcing partners (DXC, ATT) of VIT as well as with vendors. You will manage between 10-15 employees that are divided in different locations (Stockholm, Hamburg, Berlin or Gliwice) and you will report to Director Client & Services. Your key deliverables will be:
• Operation of e-mail services including solutions for encryption, spam control, virus protection and mail synchronization for mobile devices
• E-Mail archiving solution and Unified Messaging (Fax server including Mail bridge)
• SharePoint operation for on premise and in the Cloud
• Cooperate with both external and internal security organizations, react on security threats and organize proactive security monitoring
• Coordinate execution of ITIL processes within the team
• Technical Service Coordination for O365 to support the implementation and operation of the O365 applications


Your profile
You have broad managerial experience within IT and relevant international experience from a complex and geographically distributed operation, since the team is in multiple countries. You have knowledge in IT Infrastructure, preferably AD and collaboration areas. It’s crucial to be able to set, drive and implement the appropriate strategic objectives and understand the business dependency on provided services.


Furthermore, we believe that you have:
• Bachelor’s degree and great work experience
• Strong management and communication skills. You are a problem solver and your collaboration skills ensures effective collaboration with business leaders/stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, to take initiative and to follow-through
• Perfect command of the English language is needed in order to be successful in this job
