Job description

We are now looking for a new Manager to our Delivery Hub Skellefteå who will be responsible for our department "Electrification, Instrumentation and Automation". The department consists of 10 engineers and works with global project implementation for our product groups within MCP Business Line and Smelting Business Line. The service scope within the department includes product and plant engineering, installation and commissioning supervision, productization, product development and support in proposal work.



As our new Manager you will get a key role with the opportunity to develop the operation within the department's area of ​​responsibility and the company's strategic plan. You will work with personnel management and tasks such as resource planning, competence building, coaching, budgeting and recruitment. The role also includes to participate in and support work with proposals and sales, productization and project engineering.

You will be a member of Delivery Hub Skellefteå's management team and report directly to the head of Delivery.



Requirements

To succeed you will need a technical background at university level or equivalent and experience of leadership and preferably experience from the role of line manager. You have technical knowledge and experience in the field of Electrification, Installation and Automation in order to be able to act as a sounding board for your staff in technical matters. You also have experience from working in an international group or in a role that has involved international contacts where you have represented the company both internally and externally. We believe that you have experience of the process industry preferably in the mining and smelting field.

Your English and Swedish are fluently verbally as well as in writing.



Skills and abilities

For this position it is important that you have a strong leadership and excellent relationship building skills. We are searching for a highly motivated individual with the ability to work and perform under pressure to meet deadlines, working on several projects at one time, organizing and prioritizing tasks, and working in a fast paced environment. You are a strong, modern manager and are motivated by seeing others grow and develop.
Your computer skills are on a high level and you are familiar with SAP.
