Manager of Integration Competence Center

CEVT is an innovation centre for the future cars of the Geely Group with the purpose of being at the forefront of new developments in the automotive industry. Since 2013 CEVT has grown rapidly and now keeps some 2000 people busy. China Euro Vehicle Technology AB is a subsidiary of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group.

Integration Competence Center (ICC)
Application Integrations are generally an IT solution used to facilitate transport of data from one SOURCE application to one or many TARGET application(s). Since source data is typically in an application specific format it needs to be transformed in order to fit the target applications. Integration Platforms play a vital role not only to provide transformation but also allowing CEVT to create a foundation for integration re-use, logging and standard solutions. CEVT Integration Platform is provided by our Integration Competence Center. Another vital aspect as to why CEVT have an Integration Competence Center (ICC) is the ability to take deliberate decisions not only WHAT to integrate but also HOW. ICC also provides basic documentation of integrations made, allowing for example application owners to get a better overview of its application’s dependencies to other solutions internal and external of CEVT. 
Now we´re looking for a Manger of Integration Competence Center (ICC). Based at Lindholmen, Gotenburg you will work closely with the business and delivery teams as well as with the other managers within IT. The Manager of ICC reports to the Vice President of enterprise applications.
This is what you will do most of the time:
* Defining the vision and strategy of ICC.
* Manage the backlog and plan and prioritize roadmaps of ICC.  
* Overseeing development/implementation stages.
* Participate in retrospectives, daily stand up´s, and in steering committees.
* Analyzing business requirements and deliver integration architecture solution.
* Interact with business and platform stakeholders (operations). 
* Drive partners and supplier forward.
* Secure release of upgrades, new development and changes.

You have probably done something like this: 
* Proven experience from working as a line manager in IT area.
* Proven experience in below areas: Business Analysis 
* Integration Architecture
* Information modelling
* Azure cloud-based integration
* Microsoft BizTalk
* SAP Integration
* SQL
* Rest API
* WebServices

Your peers would probabaly describe you as a person with: 
* High communication skills to ensure the success.
* Leadership skills with ability to inspire, drive and motivate people.
* Have strong personal integrity, to be able to enforce ICC Office decisions.
* Experience of collaborating with Chinese organizations is meriting.    
* Experience from automotive industry is high appreciated.
