The team:
The Professional Services team at Tele2 IoT are working with Service Delivery, Customer Solution Architecture, Customer Engagement/Service Management, as well as being the center of excellence when it comes to non-standard requests and Professional Services orders.
The role:
The Manager of Professional Services team is a hands-on role, were you get the chance to make a meaningful impact on the business, by both identifying challenges and implementing creative solutions to better serve our customers. Together with the team, you will also serve as a trend scout, addressing emerging industry trends. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving customer engagement, service management, and customer solution architecture, positioning Tele2 IoT as a leader in the field.
Your responsibilities include
- P&L responsibility for the Professional Services team, including budget and forecasting
- Ownership of vision, roadmap, and execution of Professional Services roadmap
- Ownership of uninterrupted delivery of our services to VIP customers.
- Ownership of customer SLAs and service quality standards.
- Full Management of a team of 5 people based in 2 countries (Sweden and Latvia)
- Continuous development of a team of professionals responsible for VIP customer technical solutions and services
- C-Level customer engagement for all VIP customers
- Close collaboration with Sales to enable new revenue streams
- Participation in bid management
- Close cooperation and collaboration with other leaders at Tele2 IoT, Tele2 B2B and Tele2 Group
- Prioritization/Escalation management
