Project 1. Oxidative Stress Biomarker in Prevention of Cancer
The 8-oxo-7, 8-dihydro-2´-deoxyguanosine (8-oxo-dG) is one of the most important oxidative stress biomarkers. We have set up a project for an approach towards development of monoclonal chicken IgY antibodies against 8-oxo-dG using phage display method during the last years and now we need a manager of Research & Developing for further development this project for commercial products.
Job content:
Ready to do practical laboratory job by yourselves in cooperation with researcher.
Summarizing the results of the project and suggesting development of new research program.
Read international scientific publications.

Background requirements:
PhD or master’s degree in medical immunology, biotechnology, antibody genetic engineering and oncology.
At least two years laboratory work experience.
Extra three-year work experience as a project manager or relevant position if you don’t have a master and/or PhD degree.
Skilled in phage display methods and experience, specially，small molecules as target.
detection methods (e. g. competitive ELISA methods, analysis by automatic instrument and other new detection techniques).
Ability to track current literature on basic theories, techniques and methods used in this project.
Fluent in Chinese and English

Personalities:
Interested in laboratory work.
Good cooperation and communication with colleagues to improve new progress of research.
Follow good laboratory practice and management.

The employment time:
The contract of employment time is 1-2 year, according to the working progress, and then decides whether to continues.
The salary of employment:
17,000 - 23,000 CNY per month according to the education background and the work experience.

Background requirements:
PhD or master’s degree in Medical immunotherapy, biotechnology, cell biology, or oncology.
University graduate for Medical immunotherapy.
At least two years laboratory work experience.
Extra three-year work experience as a project manager or relevant position if you don’t have a master and/or PhD degree.
Good knowledge and experience in the design and execution of medical immunotherapy procedures.
Skilled in cell culture techniques.
Has successfully carried out mouse model study and clinical trial study.
Ability to track current literature on the basic theories, techniques and methods used in this project.
Fluent in Chinese and English
