Our Agile journey started three years ago when we started the transformation of our way-of-working to Agile. For us the starting point was SCRUM and SAFe, but our guiding star is Agile and Lean Product Development. By taking a pragmatic approach we constantly strive to deliver one hundred percent value add, zero waste and short lead times without compromising on sustainable pace.
Agile Office is the agile excellence centre at PostNord Group IT, we are responsible for setting and developing our agile way of working. Currently we are four release train engineers and 25 Scrum Masters responsible for leading and running the daily work in our Agile Release Trains and SCRUM-team.
Your job duties
As the manager of Scrum Masters you will lead and coach our Scrum Masters as well as being an integral part in defining and developing how we work with agile teams in different contexts.
Among other things you will:
- Coach and develop our Scrum Masters
- Develop training materials
- Facilitate workshops and retrospectives

Who are we looking for?
You have a long background in lean product development and agile, both as a practitioner, coach and a leader. You have a solid experience and grasp of continuous improvement, SCRUM, Agile, facilitation and coaching as well as a solid understanding and experience of team development. You truly understand what leadership means in an agile context and believe in the power of people first!
You are passionate about people and agile, you believe in collaboration and cooperation as a way of solving complex problems. You are used to responding to change and understand that being in a leading position sometimes mean that the work load can be extreemely high and demanding. You have the ability to inspire others and the capability of communicating your ideas in a clear and concise way.
It is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have previous experience of SAFe or other scaling frameworks.
