Manager Offering Customer Adaptation
At the Tuve factory, we are in the midst of our transformation journey to become a sustainable operation.


We work towards becoming climate positive, being first out to produce electrified trucks and to deliver on our promises. These are our obvious choices to make our customers successful.


One of our main strengths is to develop and produce trucks adapted to the specific customer needs. We think E2E and are eager to optimize the value chain from request to delivery. Approximately 65% of our trucks are specifically adapted to our customer needs. From paintjob to complete superstructures – straight from the Tuve factory!


The department consists of 23 skilled and engaged co-workers who are responsible to technically investigate requests on Customer Adaptations. Analyzing technical feasibility of the adaptation, lead time and cost are the main tasks. The department works close with technical sales support, purchasing and design.
You will also work very close to sales, design, purchasing and the factory and will be a key player within Customer Adaptation.
You will partake in the Customer Adaptation management team and report to the Director of Costumer Adaptation in Tuve Plant.

Requirements
Good ability to communicate both in written and spoken Swedish and English.
Analytical and structured
University Degree or suitable education
Product and process knowledge
