Manager Operational Excellence

Are you interested in new challenges within a fast growing and dynamic organisation?In this position you will be responsible for leading and managing Total Quality Management and Continuous Improvements activities (WCM) through out the outsourced production and supply chain of Opening & Closures, Supply Chain Operations Additional Materials, directly supporting the product area management team and operations.

You will interact with Tetra Pak Supply Chain Operations, specifically with suppliers, our own organisation as well with packaging material factories, market companies and development & engineering organisations.

The position is reporting to the Director of Openings & Closures.The position is based in Modena, Italy, or Lund, Sweden.

You will:

- Lead and manage TQM-processes (Total Quality management)
- Lead and develop continues improvements in World Class manufacturing
- Risk management
- Monitor and follow-up on environmental improvement activities
- Leading and driving defined improvement projects
- Reporting and following-up
- Communication and stakeholder management
- Project and activity planning and reporting
- KPI and performance analysis and governance

Kvalifikationer

A University degree in Engineering is required for the position and at least 5 years of experience in the field.You are fluent in English both written and spoken; knowledge of any additional languages is of course regarded as a merit.

You have very good communication and interpersonal relationship skill-set.You are flexible, driven and decisive yet listening skills.You possess an analytic mind and capability of using informal and formal authority to drive people and to influence at all levels in the organisation.You have the ability to anticipate and understand complex situations and to place priority and structure to work related matters.You inspire other people with your enthusiasm, exchanging information and supporting colleagues to achieve personal and team goals.

You have a systematic approach to problem definition and problem solving and you can transfer long-term strategies and plans into mid/short term actions.

You should be a good communicator with excellent presentation skills.Have a combination of analytical and practical skills, be a good team player capable of motivating people and establishing long term relations.You will be expected to lead initiatives and drive activities independently.The role puts great demand on accessibility and traveling is a natural part of the position.At least 80 days.
