Supply Chain Operations manufactures packaging material and additional material, packaging systems and distribution solutions for Tetra Pak Packaging Solutions.
What you will do
In this position you will be responsible for driving and facilitating the implementation of advanced quality systems, tools and standards as well as improved processes within the Tetra Pak Supply Chain Operations Additional Materials (SCO AM). You will be the main contact and competence owner regarding standards for quality, environment and food and package safety compliance (ISO 9001 & 14000, BRC, GMP, GSFI etc) with extension to SEDEX. You will collaborate with all parts of the Tetra Pak supply chain such as suppliers, Tetra Pak factories and market companies. You will be part of Operation Excellence Managers team which have passioned experts on continuous improvement under three product areas.
You will focus on:
Act as a Supply Chain Operations Additional Materials expert in the development and implementation and of advanced quality management system, drive for one certification transferring
Being Supply Chain Operations Additional Materials champion in leading and supporting the organisation in deployment, execution and compliance of product cycle processes including driving Supply Chain Operations Additional Materials needs through specific or continues improvements
Act as driver of Supply Chain Operations Additional Materials environmental initiative
Develop World Class Manufacturing (Total Productive Maintenance) tools and methodology, drive World Class Manufacturing pillar forums and perform World Class Manufacturing assessments
KPI Tollgate setting and Strategy deployment, create and maintain the KPI dashboard
Responsible for maintenance and improvement of digital World Class Manufacturing platform
This position will be located in Lund, but you will work in a global arena. You will travel approximately 15-30 days/year.
Who you are
You are a high performing team player who is committed to quality and can deal with ambiguity. You have the ability to inspire and motivate others and listen to different opinions. Furthermore, you are analytical with a holistic approach and systematic in problem definition and problem solving. You are a good communicator, with strong presentation skills.
You have a University degree or above, within Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, Food Safety or Statistics, combined with at least 8 years relevant working life experience. You have experience of auditing and a proven record of change management and informal leadership in successfully applying World Class Manufacturing (Total Productive Maintenance or Lean) principles/methods. You have strong knowledge in improvement methodologies and quality systems combined with strong knowledge in Microsoft Office, data analysis software (Teams, Power BI, BW). You need to command advanced tools for Quality improvements and drive towards the digitalization journey.
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
