Manager, Operations Controlling & Projects

We are looking for our new Manager, Operations Controlling & Projects for Atos Medical in Hörby. You will report to the Development & Operations Vice President and have a dotted line to the Group CFO. You will be an important driver in the Development & Operations Management Team and for the whole organization.

 

The work includes:




• Overall owner of Development & Operations finance controlling area
• Ensure transparency and a solid understanding of our financial performance and the underlying drivers
• Report, analyze, and summarize all financial information for the area
• Provide analysis, insights and recommendations to mgmt.
• Establish and lead monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting processes
• Facilitate monthly and quarterly performance review process (downwards/upwards)
• Assist in setting, updating and tracking against targets and KPIs
• Ensure cost awareness and efficiency mindset across function. Identify areas of improvement
• Ensure high sense of urgency and follow-through on committed actions
• Own and lead select performance improvement projects



Education and experiences


• M.Sc. in Engineering or M.Sc. in Business Administration
• 6-8 years of working experiences as Operations Controller from an international manufacturing company. Ideally within the Medical Device industry
• Deep understanding of all aspects of the as Operations Controller role (e.g. standard cost, cost variance, forecasting)
• Solid knowledge of Core operations processes (manufacturing, warehouse, supply chain, procurement)


• Experience in identifying, planning, executing and follow-up on performance improvement projects

Traveling: Travel participation as necessary
