In Tuve we are in the midst of an exciting transformation journey. Our aim is to become climate positive, to produce electrified trucks and to deliver on our promises. These are our obvious choices to make our customers successful. We believe we will achieve this by putting our people in focus, create a lean culture and use digitalization.


One of our main strengths is to develop and produce trucks adapted to the specific customer needs. We think E2E and are eager to optimize the value chain from request to delivery. Approximately 65% of our trucks are specifically adapted to our customer needs. From paintjob to complete superstructures - From the Factory!


The Customer Adaptation function includes all essential competencies to transform costumer requests to a truck ready to be delivered for its specific needs including Offering, Design, Engineering and Operations.
We have during 2022 grown our business and will continue to grow in 2023. Therefore, we will welcome one additional leader for a new department with approximately 35 skilled mechanics in our workshop.


Your main responsibility is to:
Develop and lead the people around you to ensure safe operations, deliver quality products on time, both for our internal workshops as well for our external partners.
Together with support functions and the other operational units, continuously seek for and drive the organization to implement improvements
Develop and execute on strategies and plans

What we absolutely need you to do


To be successful you will work very close with support functions and will be a key player within Customer Adaptation as well as for the Tuve Plant. You will be a part of the Customer Adaptation Management Team and report to the Director of Costumer Adaptation in Tuve Plant.
