Development & Engineering The D&E unit develops and produces packaging systems and distribution solutions for liquid food.The unit is part of the Tetra Pak Group which has a global coverage and key product development centres in Modena, Italy, Lund, Sweden, and Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.In Modena, Lund, and Minneapolis we provide product innovation and industrialization of packaging systems and distribution solutions including world class expertise in key competence areas as well as in raw material converting processes and equipment to our customers all around the world.Innovation & Engineering Excellence within Development & Engineering is responsible for developing and providing process competencies with supporting tools & methods for the Product Creation process. We are now looking for a Manager Package & Equipment Safety that can be based either in Modena, Italy or Lund, Sweden.In this position you will report to the Director Innovation & Engineering Excellence. In this position you will get the opportunity to: .Lead and drive the development and strategic implementation and continuous improvement of safety procedures within Tetra Pak in the area of: - Package Safety on opening and closures for packages - Equipment Safety on packaging and processing equipment .Lead and drive the continuous improvement of the high level of safety competence that we today have within the company The successful candidate is used to work in a process oriented organisation and have proven ability to be a successful leader in an international industrial environment.We also see it as mandatory that you have professional experience in the area of Package and/or Equipment Safety. As a person you have excellent communication and team building skills.You are analytical, straight forward with a broad business understanding and are capable of using informal authority to drive people and influence at all levels in the organisation.You have a University degree within technical area and you are fluent in English.
