Manager - Preventive Maintenance

In the role as Manager for Preventive Maintenance, you will ensure day-to-day operations with scheduling and resources both internally and externally to ensure performance in the machine park. Operationally, you lead and distribute the daily work to your group and participate in the daily management of production.
About the role
Lead 7 employees with responsibility to maintain high safety awareness and competence for all staff, negotiations, organizational and staff development, planning, etc
Ensure the organization with maintenance expertise, experience and innovation to develop working methods and routines for preventive maintenance
Responsible for achieving the department's KPIs
Participate in the development of maintenance systems
Participate in the technical development of the department
Participate in the site group for preventive maintenance improvements where a common way of working is developed and you implement the working methods in your department
Participate in monthly meetings with external suppliers with PM responsibility

Who are you?
Post-secondary education with a focus on electricity, automation, mechanics, maintenance technology or equivalent knowledge/experience
You have experience in maintenance and preferably in industry
Experience in leadership and people management is advantage
You are responsible and independent with a strucutred work approach and capacity to make desicions
You are focused on solutions and like to work in a changing environment
Computer skills, preferably with experience in maintenance systems and planning programs
Swedish and English, both written and spoken
