In this role, you will join a small team in Sandviken working in an international environment with the ambition to further strengthen Sandvik Machining Solutions' capacity to meet the future demands of a highly competitive global market. Key performance areas
As Manager of Pricing and Profitability Management you will have a leading role within the business area to manage pricing and profitability strategies and activities. We work in close cooperation with key stakeholders in functions across the company like marketing, sales, product management, finance and supply.

The main areas of Pricing & Profitability Management are:
- Commercial Profitability Management
- Brand Price Positioning
- Product Pricing & Profitability Strategies
- Strategic Customer Pricing
- International Price Planning
- Price Harmonization Activities

Your profile
We are looking for a candidate with documented experience from a leading position in marketing, sales, key account management, or strategic pricing and profitability management. Experience from a multi-brand operation is advantageous. This should be supported by a university degree in a relevant field or equivalent knowledge.

You are comfortable working at all levels of an international organization and have a proven track record of successful interaction with senior management teams. You are able to demonstrate excellent strategic communication and project management skills. You fully understand the driving forces behind successful business development and are able to contribute to the team with integrity and a positive spirit.
