Manager, Principal Clinical Consultant

At Cerner we’re working at the intersection of health and technology. We create software solutions to support clinicians and healthcare professionals in hospitals and healthcare organisations worldwide, and we are looking for a Principal Clinical Consultant to join our Swedish team.


As Principle Clinical Consultant, you will partner with Cerner stakeholders to form relationships and holistically impact client clinical performance, satisfaction and clinical and business outcomes during project engagements.
Your responsibilities will include guiding internal project teams through implementation methodology along with workflow and clinical design recommendations in complex client environments as well as leveraging continuous process improvement techniques to promote improvements in quality of care and patient safety. You will partner with engagement management teams to influence project strategy and drive outcomes in addition to driving organizational and internal team imperatives.

 The position will be based in Gothenburg, Sweden.



Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Studies or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 5 years of licensed clinical or health care work experience
At least 7 years of consulting work experience with Cerner Millennium
Completed 2 projects within the last 3 years using the Consulting Framework Methodology

Preferred Qualifications
At least 8 years People management work experience
Cerner Millennium experience
Project Management experience




Expectations:
 Eligible for licensure to practice in their field or comparable global training
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows
Ability to travel up to 100%
