The process and quality control (PQC) department supports all plants with expertise in process engineering, process safety, laboratory engineering and quality management. We are now looking for a Manager/Team lead to our Process Engineering team within the PQC Department. This position has 70% focus on working as a senior process engineer and 30% focus on team lead role to lead a group of 10 process engineers. The position will report to the PQC Manager.


In your future role as Manager Process Engineering, you will;
get the opportunity to further develop your talents, skills and contribute to continuously improve our organization. You will be joining a skilled team of engineers with experience from multiple organizations and various fields. In this function you will have many contact areas and work with several functions on site. Cooperation and team orientation are key in this role.


Key areas as Senior Process Engineer
Based on customer demands define scope of projects and gives support to the plants with improvement projects with regards to HSE, capacity and efficiency.
Act as lead process engineer, site representative or technical licensor in projects
Perform process design in projects including: Basis of design, flow sheeting, process flow diagram, material and heat balanc, Process calculations, sizing of equipment, piping and instrumentation, Create and establish P&ID (Piping & Instrument Diagram), Preparation of functional descriptions of instrumentation and process control


Key areas as Team Leader
Coordination and prioritization of activities within the team.
Leading, managing and developing the team and individuals to build a strong, motivated, passionate, diverse team striving for operational excellence based on continuous improvements.
Ability to act as an interface between process engineers and the rest of the functions within the PQC department including reporting to PQC Manger.



We believe you bring
Master M Sc Chemical Engineering or similar
Extensive relevant experience in process engineering.
Knowledge in risk assessment
Fluent in English and Swedish (written and spoken)



Great if you have
Experience with chemical plant design, start up and commissioning
Excellent knowledge in process engineering and process design tools
Lean and/or SixSigma competence
