As a Manager for Process Platform within SCO Integrated Supply Chain you will drive OFPM process performance through effective process KPI’s, drive modernization of our process platform and tools and contribute to the supply chain strategy on a global and cluster level. Our business processes help us ensure that we work effectively together across functions and departments to deliver value to our customers.
The mission of Process Performance within SCO ISC is to modernize the OFPM Process Platform, increase usage of Advance Analytics, Continuous Improvements and effective Competence Development.
What you will do
Actively contribute in building the Process Platform for future needs
Manage multiple teams and ensure the right competences are in place to deliver objectives
Manage OFPM projects and Continuous Improvement together with the Primary Process Drivers
Plan, execute and follow-up Process Reviews in the clusters
Integration across primary processes and global networks with Process Coaches and Super Users
Align and collaborate with Global IM and Business Transformation Office
This position will be based in Lund but you will work globally.
Who you are
To be successful in this role you must have experience from leading people and
demonstrated the ability to motivate and build effective teams. You have a University Degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration.
You have a deep knowledge of business process management and supply chain management, supported by good understanding of enterprise IT systems and digitalisation trends and opportunities.
Having demonstrated ability in working with change management is essential for this role.
You are fluent in English, both verbal and written.
