With a solutions-oriented mindset, you comfortably lead senior and highly competent colleagues, and you enjoy working in a collaborative environment where you get to dig in where you stand. Also, you easily build relations with stakeholders around the organization and are a role model in change – supporting and motivating the team to perform their very best.
